About This Project
Located in the heart of Longwood’s Historic District, Reiter Park serves as a community hub for gathering and recreation. This project was designed to provide community amenities while also improving stormwater management to reduce localized flooding. Designed by Dix.Hite + Partners, Reiter Park intentionally connects people to nature by providing walking trails along native landscaping, a sensory garden, a stormwater pond, and informational signage about plants and wildlife.
