About This Project
As part of the City of Clermont’s Downtown Master Plan, Victory Pointe Park was developed to advance economic development while also addressing critical stormwater needs. Victory Pointe utilizes a retention pond and filter marsh system to collect and clean stormwater before it flows into Lake Minneola.
